Rachel Weber was born in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her BA from Brandeis University in 2003. Rachel spent two years of additional study in painting and drawing at the New York Studio School. She received her MFA from Parsons in May 2007. Rachel will be working in Jerusalem, Israel on a Fulbright Grant for the 2007-2008 academic year.
